Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 4i eSports services, including our website, community platforms, tournament infrastructure, scrim matching systems, and any related tools or services (“Services”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4i eSports was founded in 2019 as a global gaming and community operations network. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use 4i eSports Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By registering an account, joining a community server, or participating in any 4i eSports event, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

02 Services Provided

4i eSports provides the following services to game studios, publishers, competitive clans, creators, and individual players:

• Community Operations: Management and moderation of Discord, WhatsApp, and Telegram communities on behalf of partner studios and organizations.
• Scrim Matchmaking: Structured competitive practice matches between registered clans and teams.
• Tournament Production: End-to-end tournament administration, from brackets to live operations and prize disbursement coordination.
• Content Syndication: Distribution and amplification of gaming content across partner networks.
• FTUE Diagnostics: First-time user experience testing and feedback loops for game studios launching new titles.

03 Account Registration

Certain Services may require you to register an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, Discord tag, or phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify 4i eSports at partners@4iesports.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

04 Code of Conduct

All participants in 4i eSports communities, scrims, tournaments, and playtests must adhere to the following standards:

• No cheating, exploiting game bugs, or using unauthorized third-party tools in competitive matches.
• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior in any community channel or event.
• Respect for all community members, moderators, organizers, and partner representatives.
• No account sharing, impersonation, or misrepresentation of affiliation.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or disqualification from events and rewards at 4i eSports' sole discretion.

05 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, logos, and operational frameworks created by 4i eSports remain the exclusive intellectual property of 4i eSports unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written partnership agreement.

Game titles, publisher brands, and third-party trademarks referenced on our platforms belong to their respective owners. 4i eSports claims no ownership or IP rights over partner game content.

06 Tournaments and Prizes

4i eSports facilitates partner-funded tournaments and reward programs. Prize pools, eligibility criteria, and disbursement timelines are specified in individual tournament rules published before each event.

4i eSports acts as an operational coordinator for prize distribution. Prize funding comes from partner studios and sponsors. 4i eSports is not liable for delays or changes in prize disbursement caused by partner or payment processing decisions.

07 Limitation of Liability

4i eSports Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4i eSports and its founders, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

08 Modifications to Terms

4i eSports reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration principles and applicable regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the English language.
